1. Agreement to Terms

Using the app constitutes agreement to these terms. Users under the age of 13 require parent/guardian consent before using the app.

2. Description of Service

ATHLETIQ provides tools for sports career management: a training calendar, a public profile, a social network, and communication/connections between athletes and professional parties (scouts, agents, clubs, advertisers).

3. Roles and Permissions

  • Each role (Athlete / Scout / Agent / Team / Advertiser / Observer / Parent) is granted different permissions according to the app's internal privacy policy
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and the role you select

4. User Content

  • You are solely responsible for content you upload (text, photos, video)
  • Uploading abusive, misleading, or copyright-infringing content is prohibited
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms (see our in-app reporting mechanism)

5. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Every role except Athlete requires a paid monthly subscription, at a fixed monthly price per role — see our Pricing page for current prices
  • Subscriptions are purchased on this separate website (outside the mobile app) through our payment provider, Paddle — there is no in-app purchase and no App Store/Google Play in-app purchase (IAP) of any kind
  • Cancellation and refunds are described in our Refund Policy

6. Termination / Ending Use

  • You may request account deletion at any time through the app's Settings
  • We reserve the right to suspend or block an account that violates these terms

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATHLETIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
